Unless you’re one of their regular customers, they will fill their order before yours regardless if you’re standing there. They will fill their regular customers orders first then somebody that just walked in.
Workers are not friendly , my husband just ordered donuts and hot coffee. He paid then he just wanted to add one ice coffee too , he asked the lady can I get one ice coffee too please Lady answered very rudely , that coffee station is there you should order there. She didn't took his order. Very disappointed we won't go again in this dunkin .
