Workers here are VERY unfriendly and rude, it’s not a welcoming environment and they are extremely cheap with products that I order that I pay for. I always get the same thing a large iced caramel cappuccino, normally I don’t go to this Dunkin’ Donuts I go to one closer to my house but it was close to my child’s daycare. Terrible service. Badly maintained surroundings and no restroom for customer use .
Order coffee but i get brown water, no taste of coffee at all
I always order ahead for pickup and they never let you know that they’re out of something or don’t have it in stock. Multiple times I’ll pic up my order and head to work and then open my food to find they substituted something. Not once is it mentioned when I’m picking the food up that they were out of queso for the loaded hash browns or that the espresso machine is broken.
