Sweetened pumps aren't sweet at all here, I tried getting a bit more at another location thinking it'll be mildly sweet, and then its disgustingly so. (not a fault of the other location, but why is 4 pumps of sweetened syrup bitter here, then 6 pumps like eating straight sugar at another location?). Wait time is abhorrent also..
Leaving this review for my guy Ramel! Went to the drive thru this morning with my wife and I forgot to grab my receipt that I needed to fill out the survey! Just want to say that this location has always gotten mine and wife’s order right! The employees are always kind even when they’re super busy! Can always count on these guys and thanks for all that y’all do!
This is my favorite dunkin, not just because it's close, but because of the staff. I'm a regular and they remember me despite me always mobile ordering. It's nice to pull up and here "Oh hi! Pull forward" and they always make my drink well (even when I switch it up). However, today is what made me actually review. I was in line waiting for my drink. People had much larger orders in front of me and I'm happy to wait, but one of staff went thru the back and delivered me my drink so I could pull out. Saved me so much time!
