Took forever for a mobile order, I got my coffee fast but the Croissant took forever... a croissant... that was given to me cold, right from the freezer I'm guessing. I really only stopped to pee, but someone was hacking up a lung my whole time in the store. So much for placing a mobile order to pee and get out quick. I was in there for like 20 min! I now have to go heat up my croissant myself.
I take all city fast food places with a grain of salt, but this place has been sucking it up recently. I could go to another Dunkin, but this place was the less crappy of the two in my area. Anyway This place locks it doors without updating the app. It's kind of annoying to place an order and then wait in a massive drive thru line, caused by a simple, easy to fix, lack of communication. In hindsight, leaving this review is dumb, but it's helping me wait in the unexpected drive thru line, so...
Promoting lattes they no longer have. Cereal milk and candy bar. Attitudes are nasty. Not customers fault if they're asking for something that's on the menue. The frozen machine has been down for almost a month . Everytime we stop in this one it's something they don't have, are out've, doesn't work. Exc
