We weren't served. Stood around waiting for help for 20 minutes and no one served us. We just wanted two cups of coffee.
Med. Hot Coffee, 2 cream, 2 sugar, 3 butter pecan...with a glazed donut on the side! Yessir!!!

Top 2 worst Dunkin’s and Syracuse and they’re not #2. Service is terrible and you’ll end up waiting 15-20 minutes for an iced coffee just for it to be made incorrectly.
Takes about 10 minutes per car to get through the drive-thru. No urgency. Never trying to do better.
