Love it
I've been debating on whether or not to leave a review, but while I was in the lobby one day I heard the manager call back another employee from the front and they were loudly talking about WWE. Really off-putting as a customer and will not be coming back.
I don’t normally leave reviews, but my experience at this Dunkin’ this week was frustrating enough to make an exception. The service was incredibly slow. I waited 10 minutes for a mobile order that had two drinks, a sandwich and a wrap. I asked if I could speak to a manager because I thought that 10 minutes for a mobile order was kind of ridiculous, and when I spoke to her she was dismissive. Best part was that you could hear her complain about customers.
My partner and I both got food poisoning
I went in the drive threw and we got our food and realized we didn't have our donuts yet so we told them and they rushed and literally THREW them in the bag and they were basically naked (no frosting) and it was such a bad experience because usually they are pretty good.
