The teens working the counter need to pay more attention to the customers and stop trying to eavesdrop on conversations amongst other employees. Manager is very rude and condescending. Nothing about my order was correct. Manager mouthed off because of my perceived attitude. Thankfully, I don’t pass through here often and next time I do I’ll be sure to skip this Dunkin. My hope is corporate sees these negative reviews and realizes there’s a problem with the way this store is managed.
Always consistent, never a bad experience to date.
