One of the best Dunkin Dounuts I have ever been too...Wish they could all be like this one.

Went thru the drive thru on April 18th 2026 at 8:30 am. Person in drive thru extremely rude. Dropped our money not once but twice OUTSIDE! Not an apology to be heard. Almost dropped the hot coffee, Then gave us the wrong donut and got very snotty when we said was wrong, snatched the bag out of our hand! I’m appalled and shocked at how rude they were!
This dunkin location is BY far the worst . The attitude from the workers suck. They treat doordashers like garbage and take forever to make orders . Go to Erie Blvd cause they are horrible here
12 doughnuts via mobile order should not take excess of 30 minutes. After pulling up front I had to go inside and remind the team I had mobile ordered 12 doughnuts.
