It’s the cashier at the window demanding tips that screams unprofessional. I ordered an iced coffee in what world do you feel I owe you a tip for a drink in which you are being paid to make. This type of entitlement is ridiculous. My coffee was almost $7 and was mediocre at best. If you need money that bad you must apply for a better paying position and do not expect the customer to just give you their money because you showed up to work at your job. The world we live in smh.
Kiya and Christina were the best representation of what customer service is about. Always love coming to this store because of them.
Placed a mobile order for drive thru there were a couple cars in front of me and the lobby looked busy however I placed the order 15 minutes prior to arriving the screen said my order was ready each car waited about 5 minutes at the window and I waited an additional 10 minutes at the window for 3 drinks.
Chris and Kiya went above and beyond to make my time at this location absolutely wonderful.
So…..this is my go to Dunkin but this evening me and my daughter went by to get my usual iced coffee and she wanted some snackin bacon. I ordered my drink the way I always do with LIQUID sugar and cream. She ordered her bacon and we get down the road a piece and my drink had about an inch of granulated sugar in the bottom of my cup which in iced coffee takes forever to dissolve.
