I placed a mobile order, when I arrived I was told they were out of munchkins (which was the primary order). I told her to cancel my order and canceled my order on the app. When I got home I noticed I was charged for this order. For the past 10 days I have been contacting Dunkin various ways to get my money back. Constantly being told someone would get in touch with me to resolve this issue. I never received any contact.
