Extremely nice, courteous, friendly, helpful staff. I went there on a day that they had been slammed.. the 23rd. People out in full force, the Starbucks in Platteville closed in the early afternoon, which exacerbated Dunkins already short staffed help. But I got donuts and ice cream and they were beyond exemplary in their duties. The donuts were delicious and my ice cream selection was off the charts yummy. Great visit all around. Edit: Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. It's my fault for not looking at reviews since this seems to be a common issue at this location. Don't order light ice, you'll get more ice and they won't fill the cup. I will not be a return customer to this location, I'll stick to the Dunkin i usually go to.
Staff rude, did not give Sunday ordered when we went in to get it we waited at counter for 10 minutes withought being acknowledged. Gave burnt bagel with cream cheese on side. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese on it.
