I have went to this location on 4 separate occasions.and they must only take orders through the DT because they ALWAYS ignore the person at the counter. The cashier even told me to just go out and get in the DT line or put an order in on some app that I don't have, or even want at this point with such NON customer service. I will just stick with Krispy Kreme from now on...
This is probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The older lady taking orders is very sweet but everyone making food/drinks is extremely rude.
Drinks are amazing and the best but customer service is not it. They are very rude. I go once a week and have always received bad customer service. Received cold sandwiches. The ladies in the drive through window are always lazy. They told my friend they couldn’t put in a gift card from online but she pretty much could and was very lazy to even check. AWFUL!!!!!!
