This was quite possibly the worst DD experience I’ve had.. ever. In the drive through I asked the guy on the mic if there was a Sugar free sweetener option for a specific beverage, to which he laughed and quite rudely began to break down that the beverage had the word “sugar” in the name so obviously “there’s sugar all in there”. Ordered sausage, egg, and cheese croissant and when I got home it had bacon, egg, and cheese. Not what I paid for. Plus had to ask for napkins. Really come on and do your job right.
I hate to say this, but I feel compelled to share my experience lately. Most of my mornings start with a simple Dunkin’ Donuts coffee—nothing fancy, just a quick stop for coffee and maybe a couple of donuts. But the drive-through situation has been getting really frustrating. Today, I waited 15 minutes and was still two cars back of the ordering board.
