I am a loyal Dunkin customer, I usually start my mornings before work with a matcha latte, I get the same thing every day but this location specific struggles so hard to get this right, most of the time the matcha is clumpy at the bottom of my drink which I can kind of deal with bc I can stir it up but for the past two times I’ve went there whoever has been fixing my matcha isn’t even reading the order, they leave out the sweetener every time & it’s frustrating bc I don’t have time to turn around & get it fixed correctly due... read more

I come in to get the pumpkin spice latte and it’s always a warming and welcoming experience!
No one ever gets the order right, waited 20 minute for 3 cars in front of me, and then the order is wrong when I get home , never again.
