Customer service is terrible! The employee at the window was very impolite, drinks were good but service is poor.
I thought I would try Duncan for coffee and it is very good. I also love the freshness of the donuts if you go before lunch. I got the iced vanilla latte and it was just the right amount of coffee and milk.
Christen who works there was amazing I had a bad experience with another Dunkin Doughnut. She changed my whole outlook with her kind Customer service. She was really nice and she fixed my order from what I had at a the previous Dunkin.
