Guess I'm lucky, I've never had a bad experience here. Always great food and service.
This location is no good. Food will be cold or not prepared properly. Staff changes over so fast it’ll make your head spin, mostly nice people but they do hire a handful of rude folks. This morning I pulled in at 5:30 to grab food for my child who I was taking to the airport. The parking lot was empty, when I pulled up to the speaker to pick up my mobile order the lady who responded had a condescending tone, like I was interrupting her or she was just pissed she had to work? There are 2 other Dunkin locations closer to my house. I drive to this location because the service is consistent and superior.
Do not order curbside they will let you sit outside for 20 minutes and then you will have to go inside to get your order. I placed curbside because I have things to do and they did not care there was absolutely nobody at the building for the first 5 to 10 minutes. I sat there and then after 20 minutes I had to go inside and my order was just sitting on the counter watered Down. This is why I do not use this location.
