I’ve been coming to this Dunkin almost every morning for two years and never had an issue until today I ordered my usual cold brew with one cream but the sticker said 4 creams and it looked very light. When I mentioned it the employee (her name was Shawby or something like that) refused to change it said she “knows what she made” and to not mind the sticker, then rushed me. when I insisted, she got upset and said, “Omg fine, I’ll do another one.” Really disappointing attitude from a place I’ve been loyal to for years.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS OR ALLERGIES!!! They added bacon to my Hashbrowns when I specified no bacon in my mobile order. I drove all the way back to get a different order. The woman at the window asked for my incorrect order back, and I gave it to her but told her I'd like a new one since I cannot have bacon. I found a piece of bacon in the new order which leads me to believe they DID NOT give me a new order as requested but instead tried pulling the bacon out. I mean the bare minimum on making a wake up wrap is to fold it correctly right? At least that’s my impression. Today I ordered two wake up wraps and both, yes you read that right…BOTH of my wraps looked like the picture below. My toddler could wrap that better. The first wrap didn’t even have the egg sitting in the wrap. If making food is this hard for you I think it’s time to find a new occupation. Two words…bare minimum.
