Ordered breakfast sandwich with hash browns and coffee. Noticed that i did not get the hashbrowns in the bag after i was at work. The next morning i told them about it and was told sorry there is nothing we can do. It is ok to miss something like this but to not even offer to make it right is wrong. I stop at this location often and have had other issues like this but just let it go. I am done with this location thanks for nothing
This is the slowest Dunkin you could possibly go to. They have no customer service, there’s times you’ll be at the speaker for for + mins and there’s no acknowledgment, and you can’t leave because of the way there drive thru is, your trapped and get stuck waiting wether you want to or not.
