Second time that I come to this location and the front door is locked and you can only pick up your order through the drive-thru and if you've walked around to the drive-thru window they make you get back into your car to pick up your order from the drive-thru. Very unprofessional and they should disable the option pick up your order in the store.
Drive through is supposed to be fast and convenient. I have to gamble and wait 15-25 mins sometimes. Nice employees but they need to be trained a bit more. Drinks are not made like the product should be served. For example, cold brew drinks with foam on the top. The whole purpose of the lid is so you can drink the foam with the cold brew to get that flavor experience. But they serve it with the regular straw lid. This may be silly at first but when you are in your car you do not want to take the lid off to begin with.
OMG!!!!! This Dunkin is so mismanaged is laughable….. do yourself a favor and find a different location…
