Order delivery for pickup they had their doors locked at 7:49am , and it said they open up at 6 in the lobby, and it was closed. There was only one girl working there and the drive through line was i'm wrapped around the building dunkin'.Do better!!!!
The man at the drive thru today was awesome. He may have been a manager. Great service and the food and coffee were amazing.
Quick and excellent customer service! Went on a Friday during peak hours and the staff was patient, kind and funny as I struggled to figure out what I could order. They were quick to let me know that they could meet my weird needs of non dairy decaf and to not taste like coffee. The drink I received matched that exactly! Definitely will go back when I travel thru Newberry again
Rashon went above and beyond to take care of us today, even when they were having problems with their speaker working. He listed all of the flavors of syrups my husband could get in his coffee and even gave him suggestions. Would definitely come back again
That little girl who took my order tried to tell me that Bavarian cream and Boston cream was the same thing. I'm like no, it's not. I drove a hour to get a Bavarian cream donut as this used to be the only place that had them. The girl said..get a Boston cream it's the same thing. Anyway no. And the glazed donuts I got were probably the worst donuts I ever ate. This is my last trip. The girl wasn't even nice.
