Go through the drive through or you will never be served. They are prioritizing drive through and nothing gets served inside the store…. So… go in, see what you want, then drive through and order
Ordered online for convenience, only to be told I can NOT pick it up in the drive thru, even though the app confirmed it was ready (I double-checked b4 getting inline). After waiting in the drive thru, they told me to park and come inside, a COMPLETE inconvenience. Once I entered, I could see my order was literally FEET away from the drive thru window. No dedicated spots for online orders either. Get it together, Scooters does a much better job.
I had such a good experience at Dunkin the other day!! First of all, the place was super clean. The tables were wiped down, floors looked spotless, and everything just felt fresh. The staff were actually so nice. They were smiling, helpful, and didn’t make you feel rushed or anything. Now the food… the hash browns were unreal. i went into this dunkin expecting just the average wait time and service but was happily suprised. when i went in i was quickly greeted by the staff and was welcomed by the beachy decor for summer. i ordered one refresher and on set of hashbrowns and both were amazing! i loved how the refresher was made efficiently and quick. i also liked how the hashbrowns were brought to the table i was sitting at. keep up the great work
