Absolutely terrible, for some reason their espresso machine isn’t working everyday, they run out of napkins and the place is always filthy.
It is a donut shop...it was very clean though
Always out of product and never any donuts?
I've been a customer at pittsfield maine dunkin donuts for years. I went today to get my usual order and was not able to get the drink I always get. I ordered a large raspberry watermelon refresher just the concentrate and was told they can't do that. I have gotten it every other time without any issues and today I was not able to get it as they said they can't do it. I also work at a different dunkin and know that you can make the refreshers with just the concentrate.
