I’ve been a loyal customer at this Dunkin’ for years, and the older man, middle-aged man, and young mixed girl are always fantastic—professional, friendly, and make my day better. Unfortunately, the older woman in the drive-thru has soured my experience. I’ve overheard her speaking negatively about customers, and I’ve seen her smoking outside multiple times. Anytime I complete a mobile order its not right. This is this morning. This is a caramel macchiato and the sandwich I recieved.
My friend and I went to grab 2 refreshers, one blueberry blast with lemonade and one golden hour. They were horrid and physically painful to drink! We couldn’t even take a sip of them without being shocked by how sour they were. It seems like the lemonade is the issue since both of ours have it. The workers must have just put lemon juice in them and called it a day. My friend wasted her rewards points on this and now we are both feeling ill. Do not recommend.
