Horrible customer service take forever to take your order and give your order even if you’re the only person in line.
Don’t come here if you have somewhere to be, would be faster for you to go to the grocery store, buy all the ingredients, go home, and then make it yourself.
Guess they gave up on long wait times and cold food - now at 7:00 a.m. they just tell you they are sold out of everything! I find that hard to believe but dont worry I wont make the mistake of stopping here again.
I went there around 1130am today. No one came to the intercom for about 5 mins, I ordered. Waited a very long time to be told we dont have what you want after waiting 20mins at this dunkin. Had 2 bad experiences here and now i will never return again. This has to be the worst customer service, they could care less. There was 4 workers I saw. 2 were doing nothing. Unacceptable. Should be compensated for my lost time.
