Terribly slow, expect to wait in line for at least 15 minutes even if your the only customer. It hasn't changed in over a year, management is lacking for this location. It's too bad because the location is closest to my home.
Terrible service. I've been ordering from here for months and they never send me the right things, even though I'm paying for them. Learn to send things correctly, as ordered.
Luckily after 30 minutes of waiting, Supreme Leader Felix stepped in and slowed the whole process down even more. I finally was graced with cold food and a coffee full of grounds. Great place to stop if you’re trying to be late and grumpy.
This is got to be the worst dunkin on the planet, I've left waiting in line indoors and drive through countless times because the people here have no clue what theyre doing! I literally waited at the register for 10 min while she just kept taking drive through orders.. so I left again. I never write reviews and complain but this is just absurd!
