My traveling companion went inside so she could use the restroom before ordering. Seems like there was a lot of confusing about who was working and who was leaving. One person took her order, but didn't make her drink. Another person who seemed to be leaving came back and said he was the only person who was able to make her drink. This overly grown big man has the attitude of a teenage girl. He got upset because I made myself clear while ordering then got to the window and he acted illiterate asking me the same questions I had just answered while ordering. It makes the customer feel like you aren’t listening because I literally said these things a few seconds prior to pulling to the window. Google says it's open at 4 but when arrive at 0416 through drive thru it announced that it was closed. 03/22/26. It could be just Google not updated current hours buts it's irritating because it's not the first time.
I love this location so much, however my last visit I dealt with a very rude and immature "manager". She had long ginger hair and was very snarky, made my drink awful, and is overall the worst person I've dealt with. I was never rude Or anything and she was just horrible.
