Today we put in a mobile order and set the pick up to be "Walk in" which is our normal procedure. After arriving 10-15 minutes later we expected our 2 drinks and 10 donut holes to be ready. After they cleared the whole drive thru, an additional 15 minutes later, they started on our order, and said it is "Managers Policy" to do all the drive thru orders first.
