I’ve never had this happen at any other Dunkin. I always order my matcha latte without ice, and every other location still fills it up, because I’m paying for a medium (24 oz) drink, not a small. At this location, they literally handed me a medium cup barely filled, maybe 16 oz of liquid at most, and told me this was their policy when drinks are ordered with no ice. Are you serious??
