It was ok, not sure what was off but just was not the same
I observed some disgusting sanitation practices from the employees today while I was ordering. I observed the employees wipe their faces with their hands and then prepare people’s food. I also overheard one of the managers telling an employee to stand her ground when a customer simply asked to have something warmed up. The gentleman tried to talk to the store manager about that negative interaction and she blew him off and walked away. Somebody needs to know about these things. It’s not the first time that I’ve seen this.
A very clean, friendly and quiet atmosphere this is. They have music playing as well 😄
Terrible service and completely unprofessional. I was made to wait for a muffin I had already paid for because the staff needed to take a picture of it first. When I asked to just have my food, the employee insulted me in front of my kids, calling me rude. When I asked for a manager, they claimed to be the manager themselves. This place needs new management immediately.
