I just went to get a drink. Hot vanilla chai latte… by the way is expensive. Anyway, the drink they gave me it was almost empty. I went back inside so they can give me a full cup and they refuse to fill my cup, they said it would be an extra charge. I’m already paying $4.78 for a small hot drink, and they wanted me to pay if I wanted a full cup. I’ll leave a picture of how full my drink was when they gave it to me. They charge you extra for not ice in coffee
These people scan their rewards on customer's money. It happened right in front of me, I had to ask why is he scanning his reward and he is acting like customer doesnt know whats going on. This is horrible place.
My wife and I are retired and are very blessed! We could go to a fancy restaurant for breakfast if we wanted to. We choose not to because the crew here at this location are so wonderful. Most times when you go to the major chain places no one is treated like a friend. These guys truly treat us like they are our friends. We love you guys! Oh and Dunk’n makes the best coffee.
