Not good service, left without buying anything after waiting 20 minutes
Hands-down, worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to.
So I’m usually a regular customer on the weekends and the manager knows me very well and he’s wicked kind every time I see him and I’ve had absolutely NO ISSUES until 1pm today. I came in and I ordered a small iced coffee the same way I always have them make it & some how someone else totally NEW made it. The girl with the bun made my coffee and I asked for 2 swirls , with extra cream and extra sugar. Well I had one sip and there was nothing in it but cream ..
