i go here excited to get my usual COLD chai tea. the lady makes me repeat everything i say about 600 times. COLD CHAI COLD CHAI. i get to the window and the dude hands me a warm chai. i’m like i wanted COLD! the lady comes over and says you said hot. i’m like why would i say hot when i never ever have even got hot.
