Extremely rude and impatient women working the drive through this morning between 7-730. I wanted to try something new and I chickened out and changed my mind. She had a hard time understanding what I wanted. The confusion made me forget I wanted to buy donuts for my coworkers so I asked to add it on at the window. I’ve never bought donuts here and didn’t understand how many came in a box, what kind I got, etc. - when I asked she responded “yeah, this is Dunkin’ Donuts” like I was stupid. I've been picking up donuts for church on Sunday mornings at Dunkin'. Maria has been a blessing knowing our order that we need and being so kind. The donuts are great as well as the service!
Absolutely terrible service got my order wrong and messed up my coffee the only one that was kind and respectful was the little white girl
