I am disappointed to say that the quality has gone downhill again. no one behind the counter can agree on what two cream means. i order a large cold brew with 3 butter pecan and 2 cream and it's only correctly made maybe 30% of the time. image attached is an example, 2 cream does not mean paper white 💀 (↓ OLD REVIEW ↓) the new staff has been wonderful and consistently makes good drinks and food. if you were turned off this location by burnt coffee and and still-cold food, consider trying this location again as a lot has cha... read more
i ordered an ice matcha latte with blueberry syrup and cold foam tell me why i receive my cup and its half cold foam. and they messed up my order. they never get my order right and now ive spent money on a large cup and they only filled it to half of it.
I come to this location literally every day (sometimes twice a day) because it's on my way to my job. With that being said, I ordered the same thing (BrSgr Shkn Esp with a pump of Vanilla). They either didn't add brown sugar or they will add cookies sugar, or just cinnamon. Neither is what I order. I'm unsure why this occurs twice or three times per week and they continue to fail to get it right. The women who work in the morning are notorious for their rudeness. Still my favorite coffee and donut shop. Just need a little more friendliness... They were not rude but indifferent.
