Very busy college campus Dunkin inside the student union! You may have a rather decent wait time if going at peak times and after many classes release, but the service is great and all the staff are lovely. Everyone knows and loves Chad but the student staff are great as well. I’ve never had a poor experience going here (and I’m there rather often 😂)
they have bad moments, but i mean, over the course of 4 years, they were pretty reliable! nice customer service if chad is working ☺️ can anyone tell me what’s in the parenthesis
If I could give zero stars, I would. Every time I place an order, there’s an issue, they mess it up. This has become a recurring problem, and it’s incredibly frustrating. Extremely poor service
Asked for less ice. Instead, over half my drink was ice. In volume. I ordered a large and maybe a third of that was the actual drink.
