October 29th 2025 Ordered 1 toasted bagel w/ butter, 1 not toasted w/cream cheese and a coffee roll. Bagel with butter tasted like it was prepared on a surface covered with cleaning chemicals (unable to eat). Bagel with cream cheese was ordered NOT toasted, came toasted with ridiculously little cream cheese on it. See pictures! Coffee roll was ok. Won't be back to this location.
I just got breakfast for myself and my kids here l. We went through the drive through and were missing my kids donut. Crying 6 year old at the moment.. it’s the worst when you leave with your food packed up only to realize the youngest didn’t get his!
I called at least 5 times trying to reach the store to correct my order and nobody picked up for almost 45 minutes. Not coming here again, my food was wrong and missing. Plus, my sister stopped by the same day I DoorDashed some. They gave her peppermint but told me they were out…
Watched the lady making my drinks get cold foam on her fingers and suck it off with her mouth. Not once, but twice. Then proceed to grab my lids and put them on my drinks …. I find this extremely unhygienic and plain gross. Why would I want to sip my drink after a stranger slobbered on her fingers then touched my lid where my mouth goes? On top of that, she did not stir my drinks at all before adding the cold foam… how am I supposed to mix my drink without ruining the cold foam?Will not be returning to this location.
So, I don't really understand the bad reviews. The lady who served us was super friendly and helped me with my special request of a slightly sweetened iced tea. Everything looked fresh and clean. It's great to walk into a Dunkin without paying $10 for a drink (as we do in Switzerland). Thank you!
