Everytime I come here there is always an employee smoking a cigarette right next to the entrance…. Does this Dunkin really think anybody wants to walk through a cloud of cigarette come just to get their coffee in the morning? Management needs to step up and tell these employees to smoke away from the building.

Very rude morning manager, everytime I show up he is super demanding and literally always thinks he is right about everything, I asked for a specific food item and he gives me the wrong food and has the audacity to tell me in his own words that I’m at fault, terrible manager, won’t recommend

I walked in and the manager I assume in the morning took my order and I asked for 3 wake up wraps the bbq ones along with 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and becuase I didn’t specify sandwich with the bacon egg and cheese I wanted they make me wake up wraps instead and when I complained they literally said it was my fault for not being specific when on the menu it says wake up wraps and bacon egg and cheese are separate items but what do I know, I’m just the one ordering the food
