I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts, and I must say, the experience was far from delightful. The customer service was unbelievably poor. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a sense of apathy from the staff. There was no greeting, no smile, just blank stares. When I finally placed my order, the employee seemed annoyed and impatient, as if I was bothering them by being there.
