They locked the lobby and made me stand outside in 20 Degree weather for 15 minutes for my pick up order only to pick up my cold coffee which was obviously sat for the 15 minutes I was told to stand outside. This was me giving them the benefit of the doubt because the week prior I was given a coffee where the dairy had separated. Edit- gave them another try today 7/3 because my child wanted a donut and they said they have no donuts in the store.
The food was great. The employees were a little rowdy but it was alright.
Really busy morning and a different customer came in and started berating the staff while I was at the counter. Manager handled it really well. I appreciate their efforts, everyone was working hard despite being clearly short staffed. Being kind is more important than your avocado toast taking a few extra minutes.
