I came to Dunkin Donuts to get a matcha went through the drive thru a guy who’s African American that works here threw my card at me and when I went inside to ask his name couldn’t tell me and said he handed it to me when I asked for his name he couldn’t provide me with it
It is a clean and friendly place. Good staff and well stocked with fresh donuts( DD's can suffer from " sold out" if not managed well.)
Got there Sunday morning at 8:00 am. Was told the lobby wasn't open to go through drive thru, so I did. Got to the speaker was told somebody would be with me shortly. 5 minutes later lady came on said before I order i should know there was no ice tea or ice coffee. Since tea was what I wanted to drink I got out of line to leave and there 2 cars at window to pick up dont know how long those poor people were there. Very friendly staff. A bit of a wait for the food, but the bagel had much more flavor than any Dunkin back in Maryland where we live.
