I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for quite some time, and over the past week I’ve noticed that they seem to be experiencing staffing challenges. This Dunkin’ Donuts was decent overall and the experience was pretty average during my visit. The coffee tasted good and the donuts were fresh, which I appreciated. The staff was polite and got the order mostly correct, although the service was a little slower than expected because it was busy. The dining area was fairly clean, but a few tables needed to be wiped down. Prices were about what I expected for Dunkin’. This location is notoriously slow, but today was the craziest. At 11am on a Sunday, I sat in the drive-thru for legitimately 23 minutes before my order was taken, and there were only two cars ahead of me in line.
