This location is notoriously slow, but today was the craziest. At 11am on a Sunday, I sat in the drive-thru for legitimately 23 minutes before my order was taken, and there were only two cars ahead of me in line.
We visited the drive-through on February 15th at approximately 11:00 AM and were told there would be a slight wait, which we completely understood. However, we ended up waiting over 22 minutes at the window, even though the store appeared fully staffed. When our coffees were finally brought out, they were already cold and there was no apology, update, or acknowledgment of the extended delay. Because of this, we were late to our plans.
