This location is notoriously slow, but today was the craziest. At 11am on a Sunday, I sat in the drive-thru for legitimately 23 minutes before my order was taken, and there were only two cars ahead of me in line.

We visited the drive-through on February 15th at approximately 11:00 AM and were told there would be a slight wait, which we completely understood. However, we ended up waiting over 22 minutes at the window, even though the store appeared fully staffed. When our coffees were finally brought out, they were already cold and there was no apology, update, or acknowledgment of the extended delay. Because of this, we were late to our plans. I can tell there is a great bond between this crew. From Madilyn, Stacey, Katana, and Alexis, they are all incredibly welcoming. I often study here, and I’m never pressured to place an order. Not once have I had an issue with the quality of my coffee. They listen attentively and always have every donut available! This Dunkin’ Donuts handles heavy customer traffic better than any other location I’ve visited. Other staff members that come to mind are Brittan and Taylor.
