Literally stood there for thirty minutes for a coffee... I had to ask about it like they forgot or something, terrible service
Probably the worse and most inconsistent Dunkin in the surrounding area. Coffee is wrong 8/10 times and workers are always just rude.
I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for quite some time, and over the past week I’ve noticed that they seem to be experiencing staffing challenges. On several mornings, there were only three employees running the entire store. Despite this, the service remained professional, friendly, and efficient. This Dunkin’ Donuts was decent overall and the experience was pretty average during my visit. The coffee tasted good and the donuts were fresh, which I appreciated. The staff was polite and got the order mostly correct, although the service was a little slower than expected because it was busy. The dining area was fairly clean, but a few tables needed to be wiped down. Prices were about what I expected for Dunkin’.
