This place blows...100% failure rate for giving me what i asked for, they get it wrong every time... really it's my own fault for going back

Just left the drive-thru and they gave me incorrect order when I was trying to order ONE sandwich...gave me two...charged me for it and would not let me return sandwich after handing me the bag for 2 seconds. Can barely hear person working the drive-thru taking your order which is why I had to repeat my order and then they give me a double order and blame me.
