They are such a convenient location but extremely slow. Always. You will be waiting for 5-10 minutes whether you’re 1st in line or last in line. Not sure if it is the quantity or quality of workers. Staff are almost always polite. Coffee almost always tastes terrible.
Food is not good whenever I've tried it. Donuts and coffee are very good.
This place is the model of inconsistency. I never get the same drink twice despite ordering the same thing every single day and it's never for the better. Forgot how to make cold brew sometime over the past month. Now it tastes like water that once walked past a coffee bean on the street. Oh, and the occasional 20 minute drive-thru wait despite there being 3 cars in front of you is incredible.
Not particularly a good stop in for Seniors. I love their coffee and the doughnuts are no less than most chains and the service is a hit and miss but so many places are these days. To my point, historically many seniors have dependended on coffee/doughnut stops for clean and quick (the operative being quick) for stop in relief because businesses that desire senior patronage know not many of us can no longer wait for doors to be unlocked when we must go.
