Waited forever in drive thru, only 2 cars ahead of me
I placed an order through the app, but when I arrived, I was told that none of the items I ordered were in stock. The staff suggested I either come back the next day to pick it up or cancel the order myself. However, the app has already marked the order as 'Completed,' so the option to cancel is gone. I’ve been charged for food I never received and the service was completely unhelpful. Avoid this location.
Very helpful staff!
Customer service isn't good. Theses young lady's working the drive through need training. We pulled into the drive thru at this location on 2/15/26 around 430pm. Waited over 1 minute before someone spoke through the intercom. I was greeted with " how can I help you"? I placed order and Waited awkwardly for her response telling me to drive to the window or would that be all? Instead I got the silent treatment leaving me to assume to drive up.
