When you can't even snap a lid on properly onto a drink, causing it to spill in my new car when I pick it up, that's lazy to a whole new level. They can't even shake the drink properly so all the concentrate is still at the bottom. They should be paying me for a detail. Pissed off to no end. I’ve been coming to Dunkin for a while, but the prices at the Voorhees White Horse Road location continue to increase while the quality of the drinks has noticeably declined. A large iced tea now costs over $4, yet the drink I received was mostly ice and water. There was barely any tea flavor at all. Every time I order an iced cappuccino, they consistently get my order wrong. I highly suggest going to Tim Hortons because it is more consistent and better quality Food and coffee.
I saw the staff member fill my cup with ice even though I specified less ice on my mobile order, I couldn't believe what I saw. If I had more energy I would told her to remake it with the specifics I put on my order, but I just took the drink and left with the intention of never coming back. Keep an eye on whoever is prepping your order if you do come here. Don't order in advance so you can be present in the store when prepping it.
