I went there at 7:10 in the morning to get a chai tea and some snacking bacon. When they have it to me everything was cold. I wasn't waiting in the drive through like but the workers were very short very short with me. I don't expect perfect customer service but if the food is gonna be bad too might as well lower the prices
It shouldn’t take 28 minutes
Staff actively ignore customers. I made direct eye contact with 2 different staff while saying excuse me to inquire about an order. They looked right back at me and kept walking. Why treat people like that - i get bad days, fast food sucks to work in but like when people are being decent to you why respond that way.
