For the last 3 days I’ve been here and my coffee has tasted bitter and watered down. At one point I had to turn back around and have them remake it, other times I was too far out to do so. Today I tried one more time and it was gross. Bitter, no flavor as I requested and watered down once more. From what I noticed, when certain people are working is when I get a good drink. I was greeted by someone when I came in, couldn’t tell by who and there was no other human interaction. I hadn’t been in for a bit and had not noticed the kiosk until I began looking around wondering if anyone was going to help me. The next human engagement was when they called my name, smh. Fast forward to eating the donuts, the quality was never “Amazing” but , Wow does it suck. Had me and my fiancé waiting for 30 minutes after we ordered donuts just to find out that they have none and cant even give us our money back because they have no manager present in the establishment.
Food and coffee was yummy. No public restrooms...
