Not one of the three employees acknowledge the people in front of us or us. We waited 10 minutes just to be talked to. Watched the mess up 3 orders in a row and get upset at a customer because she didnt get the right drink. The scanner didnt work and they had to run around to find 7 cents in charge, asking if we really wanted our change back. Worst Dunkin experience ever. Just got our order as I wrote this. Slowest drive through ever. 25 minutes for 3 cars.
HAIR IN FOOD!! Was about to come leave a 5 star review and as I’m opening my breakfast wrap I see a long hair hanging out that’s embedded in the egg and cheese. GAG is all I could do. Wasn’t able to turn around as my son had a soccer tournament. When hair nets aren’t worn this is what happens and no one was wearing a hair net. Ugh! Other than that disgusting mishap everything else was great. The location is super nice and clean, staff friendly, food that we could eat without a hair in it was good
