This dunkins was great! Got exactly what we wanted service was nice... Don't go to the one in Hamlin NY, servers are always rude and they ALWAYS mess up ur order ..
The worst experience ever girl at the drive literally yelled at us because they didnt have items in stock and we didnt know we first asked “ can we have the strawberry lemonade “ then she said we dont have that instock so then my husband said “ can we have the blush spritz “ thats when she literally yelled “ THAT ALSO HAS THE STRAWBERRY LEMONADE “ as if we worked there and were supposed to know was super rude when she handed us our stuff. I feel like every time we go to a Dunkin, this location or anywhere else, they don’t know what they’re doing, have horrible attitudes regardless of how patient we are, are always messing up our orders or are out of stock of items AFTER we have paid for them… idk why I even both going to any Dunkin anymore.
Very rude staff, making faces at customers!!
