Made an order to get the promotional cups yesterday. Employee kept my cup. This used to be my favorite Dunkin.
Started coming here since store opened and honestly the customer service is pretty terrible I cant count how many times i get to the window and not word a hello , good morning, nothing they hand me my coffee I say thanks and not a word from them and mind you this past week 3 different people at the window all of them seem miserable and didn't make a sound. I will no longer be coming here I pass another dunkin (which I use to go to before this store opened) on the way to work and will be taking my daily coffee purchase there ... read more
this has to be a joke.. i asked for light ice and yet this drink was 90% ice and 10% drink don’t go to this dunkin location
