The person at the window taking my order was rude, unprofessional and flat out infuriating. I truly felt the grouchy New England spirit when I got my coffee. 1/10 for service 8/10 for coffee. At least they didn’t mess that up
I stop at this place a lot to get my Dads box of coffee for the Northwest Louisiana Veterans Home and today was absolutely terrible!! The lady never asked what I needed and by time I did get my order place I stood there for 20 minutes watching her, she did not know what she was doing and never asked the other girl for help.. finally a man can in, so I asked to speak to the manager and he said that was him. I used to come to this location all the time and it was great. I just went through the drive through and ordered an iced coffee with 2 pumps of sugar...tell me why it tastes like I am drinking straight SYRUP? I also ordered the black pepper snacking bacon, the lady gave me a black pepper breakfast sandwich and argued with me that what she gave me is what I ordered!!!! I won't be back.
It's been a long time since I've been to a Dunkin and I ran in here to grab a black coffee since I was skipping lunch. The coffee was very sour. It tasted almost as if lemon was squeezed into it. I'm not sure what was going on, but it was bad. I've become somewhat of a coffee snob, so my palate is pickier.
The most horrendous customer service ! Should have read all the other terrible reviews.
