I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Dunkin’. I was served a bagel with visible mold on it. I contacted corporate right away to report the issue, but never received a response
Always have to love Duncan donuts
Went with a friend, she ordered two large cookie dough ICED COFFEES. The girl gave us the FROZEN ones instead, wouldn’t have been a big deal if they didn’t taste extremely bitter and sour! We placed another order she rolled her eyes and went to make it but never put it out, when asked about it rolled her eyes again huffed and said “I guess I can make them” the whole time she was too busy talking to a friend in the lobby while the other guy was busy stocking and taking drive-thru orders. Fresh donuts and great coffee. It is very conveniently located by Barksdale AFB.
Disappointed with how everytime I order the same drink it’s not correct. I always order the mango pineapple refresher (lemonade not green tea) but always get the green tea. I always ask for real cane sugar liquid but most times I get one of the alternatives put in it instead. When I door dash my drink from the Youree drive location it’s always ALWAYS on point. Jimmy Davis is on my way to work so I keep giving them a chance to prove themselves but get let down.
