These people are actually shameless, bought an iced latte from this location when I pulled up to the window the worker recognized me as a Dunkin worker at another location from a few years back. Gave me my latte I took one sip and could instantly tell that the espresso shot they put in the latte was old and has been sitting there for a while therefore making the latte EXTREMELY bitter and not coffee bitter more like charcoal bitter I asked them to remake it bc the shot is what we used to call burnt this dude who legit knows ... read more
