Unbelievably rude lady at the window today around 10 AM. Went with my grandfather to the drive thru to get two coffees, and he asked for a senior discount and handed her the exact change since we get the same coffee all the time for work and know how much it is and it immediately aggravated her for whatever reason. I'm really disappointed with my drink Strawberry Daydream Refresher. The flavor was completely unbalanced - it tasted like cough syrup at first, and I flinched. I thought maybe it was just a bad start, so I took another sip... and it was just as disgusting. I specifically asked for light ice because I prefer my drinks at a certain temperature, not because I wanted more drink.
