They get stuff wrong every single time. If you’re able, avoid this place.
Went to get a frozen drink and waited a very long time in the drive-through. It Didn’t taste right so I brought a back, and they realized they were out of sugar. They remade the drink. It still didn’t straight so when I told the man whose only id said Mr. Krabs “I’m sorry it still doesn’t taste right” he snapped “ I already remade it”. I actually said sorry! . Dunkins' in Massachusetts! What's not to like! The water doesn't taste like a septic tank, which is good! Not my personal favorite though. That one is in my hometown, the original, in Quincy. The wi-fi at this Hanson location has absolutely the worst working wi-fi of any Dunkies I've been to. The staff is great however and are Completely aware of the situation.
