As a regular Dunkin customer and since I was going through Newfields on my way home from work this afternoon I made the horrible decision to stop at Dunkin on Winkler Way. I had placed a mobile order in advance for my usual Oat Milk Latte but when I got to the pickup window the young man, who was working alone, handed me a large cup of very dark iced coffee with a little oatmilk at the bottom. Why i went there i don't know
Staff at register was friendly but the service took longer than it needed to take. This store needs to be better at service. Never enough staff on duty.
Staff is so rude. They don’t greet you, they treat you like an inconvenience and complain about you ordering. I asked for a sandwich and got told “there’s 20 people ahead of you Are you sure??” Like yeah I’m pretty sure I came here and waited in line for 20 minutes to order. Needs new management clearly. 0/10.
A little slow on service, but we weren't in a hurry. Fun to be there for National Donut Day.
