Staff at register was friendly but the service took longer than it needed to take. This store needs to be better at service. Never enough staff on duty.
Staff is so rude. They don’t greet you, they treat you like an inconvenience and complain about you ordering. I asked for a sandwich and got told “there’s 20 people ahead of you Are you sure??” Like yeah I’m pretty sure I came here and waited in line for 20 minutes to order. Needs new management clearly. 0/10.
A little slow on service, but we weren't in a hurry. Fun to be there for National Donut Day.
Have gotten my order wrong every single time
Hands down the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to…. Staff were fighting and making customers wait. We waited in line for 25 mins while staff came out to smoke in the back. This location is a recovery friendly workplace which is fine but this location was not in least efficient.
