If I could give every worker here 0 stars I would they are always miserable and make it seem like your order is the biggest inconvenience very unprofessional. Always one older lady working the drive thru that is soo rude it’s insane
We sat in line for 25 minutes, we got to the window and sat there for an additional 5 minutes before anyway came to the window and acknowledged us, we got the wrong order and two employees were just standing there and unable to apparently do anything. Terrible service
Love being ignored while two employees are directly across from me. Talked to each other the entire time with nothing else going on. I left without getting anything.
As a regular Dunkin customer and since I was going through Newfields on my way home from work this afternoon I made the horrible decision to stop at Dunkin on Winkler Way. I had placed a mobile order in advance for my usual Oat Milk Latte but when I got to the pickup window the young man, who was working alone, handed me a large cup of very dark iced coffee with a little oatmilk at the bottom.
