I'm a former East Coast Dunkin employee myself and I live in the neighborhood near this Dunkin. This location is on my way to work, so I've been stopping here for months. Have been coming here regularly for months now because it's on my way to work but i'm gonna find a new coffee place after today. I was in the drive-thru and the person greeted me nicely but as soon as I started ordering she started cutting me off mid-sentence and became extremely rude. They gave me the incorrect order-- i ordered 2 croissants with chipotle aioli hash browns and received 1 bagel and 1 croissant. I placed it to go through the drive thru and was on my way to work. When I got to work I saw that it was all incorrect. I tried calling and the listed number does not connect you to the store or to customer service. It rings and hangs up. I also paid extra for chipotle aioli hash browns and did not receive that. Very disappointed!!!
