The manager of this location needs to train their baristas on drink quality as the drinks aren’t consistent. I was a barista for seven years and I order a simple latte. Half of the time I purchase here, I get a cappuccino instead of a latte because there’s too much foam. This happened today and I noticed it before I left the window. I asked for 2 SMALL french vanilla LATTES but the register person rang me as 2 medium French vanilla coffees. When he repeats my order, i told him that i want 2 lattes. Then i saw he charged me for both coffees and lattes. Good thing i was still at the store. Also, the latte tasted weird so i told him i need them remake. They were looking at me like I'm crazy.
