You guys seriously have to fix the chemical smell and taste with ur drinks and food its disgusting. I have been to dunkin multiple times in the last month and only once did I get a drink that I didn’t have to throw out. The food genuinely tastes like bleach and the pumpkin spice stuff you guys just dropped also tastes like soap. Maybe teach ur staff how to properly wash a machine because I know multiple people are having this same problem and no one wants a drink that tastes like bleach.
I ordered my usual on DoorDash around 4pm. I had no idea they “closed the kitchen at 5pm” and received a passive aggressive note. Don’t burden the customer with your inability to communicate your time boundaries. Fix it on the app. This was unprofessional.

I've been ordering from here for the past few weeks, but today the food was hard and had a really strong chemical smell to it. Perhaps you guys are enforcing new sanitation methods and the food got contaminated? or it was reheated improperly? Please be more mindful. This is otherwise a good location.
