My regular online order is always packed neatly and tastes great
This location has the best employees! They were out of the marshmallow foam this morning and the employee was helpful in offering alternate suggestions and patient as I took time in the drive thru to decide what I wanted instead.
Horrible service. Drive through 1 car ahead of me. Took 15 min to get to the window. Was charged for someone else's food. My order wasn't even started. Ordered 9 bagels got 3 cream cheese singles.
The management doesn't bother to respond because they don't care about their customers. The Donuts are frozen and they will just throw a cold donut in a bag upside down without any tissue paper. My donut was literally hard as a rock and $6 drink filled to the top with ice literally felt like i had only a shot glass worth of coffee in my cup
