This place manager is very immature and has poor service. They iced coffee is always cream. Never coffee.
Update - today I ordered hashbrowns and only got 3. This place sucks. I come to this dunkin often. Each time I ask them politely for a specific detail, like extra ketchup or napkins, or coffee stirred well, i get attitude. I’m sick of it! I used to work at dunkin myself and I simply don’t understand the poor customer service. This morning, classic mistake - asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and got a bagel.
