My husband and I walked in and the store was empty...an employee finally appeared and told us it was going to be a long wait as the drive through was busy. We were ok with that and stood at the counter. The worker slammed things around, talked back angrily to the screen facing the ice cream counter, huffed, puffed, grumbled and complained though every task. She never looked at us again. The worst donut I ever had in my life. Service was amazing though
Very slow
Rude employee, not sure if it’s the manager based of other reviews. She has black hair,Caucasian and heavy set. She yells at her employees and doesn’t know how to take an order, even with the clear name of the drink she asks what goes in it, and if that’s what we want. Corporate really needs to look into this location. I’ve been to many coffee shops and none have given me issues when ordering. This place needs better training and customer service.
