I order my latte on the app all the time. They are SEEING how i want my latte made, every time i go to pick up my order, it’s always missing the toppings. I have to tell them to correct it. I had to do it tonight and had to tell him correct it TWICE. And he took it as a joke. There is nothing funny about immature kids working in a facility that can’t follow instructions. The manager here needs to hire better people that can read and most of all FOCUS. Speed is great but accuracy is what’s needed.
Door is always closed earlier then 8 pm - and those with no car cant order thru drive thru - not recommended they will just ignore you
