The manager at this store is truly disappointing and lacking in professionalism. I’ve encountered multiple issues at this location, whether while navigating the drive-through or interacting in person. Maria, in particular, is far from accommodating; she seems uninterested in listening to customer concerns, often repeating the phrase, "There’s nothing I can do" while consistently tacking on extra charges without explanation. Would it kill you guys to fill it to the top? All their drinks come half filled, so the prices should be cut in half. Whoever is the manager at this store is doing a terrible job. Please do better if you guys are smart. Or stay doing a terrible job, whatever. Do your job right.
