The bagels are rarely fresh. They seem reheated, making the bagel hard. Sometimes the coffee is watered down. The quality of the food varies depending on who's working.
Can’t be this location as normal one of my best list
It's ok, go there almost everyday and the only time I get a free coffee is if I have enough points. I used to go somewhere else but I moved far from them. The coffee is very watery so I have to add a turbo shot and has it cost more because of it, mind you there's no tables for seating
