I am a regular customer and visit this Dunkin’ almost every day. Today, June 15, I was publicly accused by an older employee named( carrie )of stealing someone else’s mobile order from June 4, 2026. She claimed that she saw me walk in, place my own order, then take someone else’s food from the mobile pickup area. I immediately told her that was not me. I dont know what it is about this location but the coffee is stale/bitter most of the time. What's up with that? And to be told I need to order extra syrup or sugar so it tastes right is absurd. I can order the exact same drink from a different location and it tastes fine. There's also a good chance you'll get stale bagels near the end of the week.
You can't mess up a Dunkin but this place is good. Only ever "busy" on the weekend mornings. Had like 0 troubles
