This Dunkin has got to be one of the slowest Dunkin I ever seen I placed my order one ice coffee and one ice tea. I told worker my order number was not on the screen completely ignored me. I had to wait 15 minutes for my order even though it was ready after about 5 minutes the worker refused to give it me forced me to wait for it
This particular place was slammed. I waited over 30 minutes for an order that I placed via the app. I asked twice about my order. Figured it would have been prioritized but I saw other orders being filled after I came in from in store customers
Had to wait over 14 minutes for a order I did mobile and it was still made completely wrong. Hire more employees who speak English and are proactive in serving customers.
Great coffee and quality Food @ great prices 10x better than Starbucks and the overpriced coffee shops !
