Can't get an order correctly at drive through had to come inside. Donuts are stale looking, wet, and small
Ordered large drink with light ice, they did not fill cup with matcha, instead it was half in cup, then foam up to 3/4 and when I asked why, they said because I asked for light ice. But when I went to drink, it was a couple os sips as they still filled it with over half ice amount. I felt robbed. Bad practice! Not going back to this location.
Coffee was just water with coffee color. Employees look tired and their hygiene is aweful.
Terrible. America runs on non-Americans! Poor quality and the kiosk doesn’t handle the $6 meal deal correctly. Dunks used to rule, now it’s a low quality place
