They are so mean
I got here often to get coffee before work or before picking up my son from school. Usually the service is great. Today they had two people working and a line to the street. I ordered my coffee at 3:19 in the app. I was still waiting at the drive thru window at 3:51. It hadn’t even been made yet. That is horrible. Waiting 10 minutes for the line to the speaker and then waiting again to get to the window and no one made it til I asked for refund? My day is ruined.
