This is the most efficient Dunkin I have ever been to and they always make my order well and accurately! I go through the drive thru and even if there are a bunch of cars in front of you, you still go through in a timely manner. I honestly don’t know how they do it, but this is the Dunkin that other Dunkin’s should be trained like.
Dunkin used to be the BEST, not now. We stopped today on our way out of town, donuts were disgusting. Got a blueberry glazed, Boston creme and chocolate glazed. All were mangled and wet, like someone sprinkled them with water. Couldn't eat them. Store was also not very clean.
Got my drink wrong and the donut was a sticky, melted mess. No napkins either in the bag. I’ve been getting a caramel latte for a while now, that’s what I usually get, the girl in the intercom asked “a coffee? Or a latte” to which I responded with latte. The label on my drink said latte but tasted like a caramel iced coffee, i ended up throwing it out the window after a few sips.
