Ordered a coffee and breakfast sandwich today, they got the sugar and cream backwards in the order even though my paper on my coffee says it the correct way. Can't even drink the coffee its so sweet. Then my bacon on my sandwich looks like it wasn't even cooked a single bit. It's very rubbery and can'teven eat it. I wish I could post a Pic here. Place needs new employment. Definitely dont stop in for coffee if your in a rush. Better off to go next door to Cumberland farms and make your own by the time they decide to take your order from the drive thru. Everyday its the same thing. Lazy
I walked in today to get my usual order and happened to catch a customer being quite vocally hostile with one of the employees. The altercation (from my limited understanding) was based on the customer not being able to order something that was discontinued, as someone who has worked in the service industry, I've dealt with these types of customers before and remaining level headed like the employee did is a difficult task. The individual who took my order was rather rude when I asked for an addition to my order, and continued to just say "na. Nope" with a very unwelcoming tone. when I tried to understand why he interrupted me and said "we discontinued that" which is something he could have mentioned when I first asked for it. When I got up to the service window and said that he needed to work on his customer service and called him out for being rude he said "I am rude? Quite ironic isn't it."
